Service Material
Here you specify the material for this service. The table consists of the following columns:
Row
Here you will see the row number for the material row.
Part Number
Here you select part number.
Name
Here you will see the part name.
FOP (For Operation)
Here you select to which service operation this service material belongs. Here you enter the service operation's operation number.
Quantity
Here you enter the quantity.
Unit
Here you will see the part's unit.
Instruction
Here you can enter an instruction that will be loaded to the service's manufacturing order. You should also read the Entering Comments or Instructions chapter in the MONITOR Basics guide to better understand this window. If you have installed the supplement called Document Viewing, you can use it to link documents to the instruction. Documents can also be linked by dragging and dropping them on the document link button. These documents will be loaded to the window called Register service. There you can delete and add documents for a specific service. When registering manufacturing orders, the linked documents will be loaded to the respective operation row or material row on the manufacturing order. Pricing
Here you can select how the part shall be priced. The following alternatives are available:
- Fixed price - the planned material consumption will be invoiced. Even if the reported material consumption differs from the planned material consumption, the planned material consumption will always be charged.
- Continuous - the actual/reported material consumption will be invoiced.
- No charge
Price List
If a material included in a service is sold at a specific price, you can select from which price list the price shall be loaded. If this field is left empty, the price will be set according to MONITOR's general price management.
Mark-up %
For the price you can here enter a mark-up (in percent).
Out
Check this box if the service material shall be printed on the order confirmation as a text row (row type 4).
