Export

If you have selected the list type Report, it is possible to export the EC sales list to file. This file can be sent to Skatteverket (tax authority) by using their software ELDA. The program is free and can be downloaded from their website at www.skatteverket.se.

Responsible

In the Responsible field the responsible person is entered, the logged on user is selected by default. You register users in the Users procedure in the Global Settings module.

Export File Directory

Here you can see the path to the folder where the export file is saved. You enter the path in the link for the format group Export EC sales list that shall be defined in the EDI Links procedure in the Global Settings. The file name in the link shall be MV5000I1.
