Classification/Selection

Here you choose your classification and selection options for the list. You can select the list by the following options, the alternatives with an asterisk (*) can also be used to classify the list:

• Customer Code *
• Customer Category **
• Type
• District
• Seller Code *
• Our Reference
• Your Reference
• Status
• Probability *
• Quote Date
• Valid Through
• Your Inquiry Number
• Part Number *
• Period *
• Part Code
• Currency Code
• Country Code *
• Contact Date
• Account
• Cost Center
• Cost Unit
• Project

** If you use the Category Management, you can select by using underline characters for the positions not relevant at the time.

After you have loaded the information from the database, you can go to the Window functions or the Windows menu under Edit for additional sorting and filter options.
