Alternatives

Format Delivery Period

Here you can select in which format the Delivery period should be displayed in the list. The following alternatives exist:

• YYWW - Shows the delivery period as 1115, for week 15 of year 2011.
• YYWWD - Shows the delivery period as 11151, for day 1 and week 15 of year 2011.
• Date - Shows the delivery period in the date format selected in Windows, such as 06.04.08 that would be the equivalent of the above period format.

Total

If you classify the list by Period and select list type Only total, you can decide how the list shall be totaled.The following alternatives are available:

• Total / Day
• Total / Week
• Total / Month
• Total / Quarter
• Total / Year

Period

When classifying by Period and using list type Only total you can select which period that applies. Select from the following:

• Current
• Initial
• Requested

Compare Price

If the list type Only total has been selected you can also see the contribution margin (CM) and contribution ratio (CR) in percent. Here you select to which price alternative you wish to compare it. The default option here is Standard price. The available alternatives are:

• PCMP Post-calculation mean price
• STP Standard price
• FSP Future standard price
• Price lists (configured price lists)

Picking Status

This alternative only applies if you classify by Delivery note number. You can choose whether to only show picked order rows, only not picked order rows or both. The available alternatives are:

• Only picked
• Only not picked
• Both

When classifying by Delivery note number, you can to the far right of the list see the column called Picking, where a check box indicates the pick status of each order row - whether it has been picked or not. The picking status is set when the pick list called EDI / Packaging has been approved after printout.
