Classification/Selection

Here you choose your classification and selection options for the list. Choose how to classify and select by the alternatives below. The classification alternatives are displayed using an asterisk (*):

• Order Date * - Classification by Order date in combination with the list types Total / week, Total / month, Total / quarter or Only total , displays the total quantity and amount for all orders during the period. The Order date is taken from row level on orders, and not from the order header.
• Seller Code *
• Part Number *
• Name
• Customer Code *
• Customer Category **
• Type
• District
• Product Group *
• Order Number * - Classification by Order number shows the maximum amount of information. However, this classification option cannot be used together with the list types Total / week, Total / month or Total / Quarter.
• Customer Order Category **
• Status
• Delivery Date
• Part Code
• Order Row Status
• Country Code
• Customer Group

** If you use the Category Management, you can select by using underline characters for the positions that are not relevant at the time.
