On the forecast rows you will find the following function:
Test Schedule
If the part number is highlighted in yellow on the forecast rows, you can open the Info menu to use the alternative Test schedule to discover any errors in the import file. The Test schedule alternative can be selected if the first row for the part number is marked. Below you will find the result of the Test schedule.

If the customer code is missing you have to add the customer code from the import file to the Customer code EDI field for the existing customer. If no customer exists you have to create the customer in the Update Customer procedure.
If the part number is missing it may be because:
- A customer link with the customer's part number (from the import file) is missing on our part. This must then be added in the Update Part - Sales procedure.
- The customer's part number in the import file is linked to more than one of our part numbers on the same customer. The error must then be found and adjusted in the Part List - Sales procedure using list type Customer links.
