Order Header

Here you will see information from the customer order and from the service on the customer order row. You can change basic type and serial number. Any additional text from the customer order will be shown under the Text button. The internal and external comments can be edited. You can choose to print the external comment as a text row on the invoice. Here you can modify service's pricing. Under Text you determine the level of details on the information printed on the invoice. If an invoice basis has been created from the customer order you will see the amount. Any invoicing plan linked to the customer order will also be displayed.

If the price management is set to Total price on service or Calculated price on service the text is automatically set to Per service. If the price management is set to Total price on incorporated or Calculated price on incorporated the text is automatically set to Per report number.

When a service of type Installation is summarized and invoiced the actual finish date (on the manufacturing order) and the service technician will be loaded to the product register.
