The Extra Information tab - Shipping Parties

Under the Shipping Parties tab you can verify and add/modify certain shipping parties' information about the shipment. The information that is displayed here is usually loaded from the Company Info and Users procedures. But you can override the address information with the information in the Retailer fields in the Extra info in the Update Customer procedure. You can also override the address information with the information in the Shipper fields under Extra info in the Company Info procedure.

Shipper

• Name - here you can enter the company name.
• Street address - here you can enter the street address.
• Mailing address - here you can enter the mailing address.
• City - here you can enter the city.
• Zip code - here you can enter the zip code.
• Country - here you can select country and enter country code, for example "SE" for Sweden. The country code and the name of the country will be printed.
• Pallet reg. no - here you can enter the pallet registration number. By default, this information is loaded from the button GAN/Customer number in the Company Info procedure.
• GAN/Cust. code - here you can enter the GAN code/Customer code. By default, this information is loaded from the button GAN/Customer number in the Company Info procedure.

Pick-up address

• Address (Add.) - here you can enter an address where the shipment should be picked up. By default, the information for pick-up address is loaded from the Extra info button in the Company Info, otherwise you will see information from the Delivery address.

Pick-up contact

• Name - here you can enter the name of the person who is the pick-up contact. By default the current user's name is displayed.
• Phone - here you can enter the pick-up contact's phone number. By default the information from Phone for the user in the Users procedure is displayed.
• Fax - here you can enter the pick-up contact's fax number. By default the information from Fax in the Company Info will be displayed.
• E-mail - here you enter the pick-up contact's e-mail address. By default the information from E-mail for the user in the Users procedure is displayed.
• Mobile - here you can enter the pick-up contact's mobile phone number. By default the information from Mobile for the user in the Users procedure is displayed.

Contact

• Name - here you can enter the name of the contact.
• Phone - here you can enter the contact person's phone number.
• Fax - here you can enter the contact person's fax number.
• E-mail - here you enter the contact person's e-mail address.
