E-mail

Under E-mail you will see and update any e-mail addresses that have been registered for this supplier, as well as any comments.

Here you can select which type of e-mail sending that shall be sent to the e-mail address.

You can select the following alternatives:

• Order Confirmation Reminder
• Delivery Reminder
• Delivery Schedule

You can enter just one e-mail address if you want to use the same address for all sendings above. The non-defined recipient entered at the top will be selected if no recipient is defined for the sending. For Purchase orders the reference's e-mail address is always selected by default.

If you double-click on the e-mail address, a new e-mail will be created for that address in an e-mail program selected by default.
