Classification/Selection

Here you will find different alternatives used to select your list. It may be a good idea to limit your list using a selection, particularly if there are many purchase order suggestions in your system. You can also classify the list using the alternatives marked with an asterisk (*). You can use the following alternatives to select your list:

• Part Number *
• Name
• Order Period
• Delivery Period
• Supplier Code *
• Administrator
• Part Code
• Part Category
• Part Status
• ABC Code
• Supplier Category
• Warehouse Purchase (if you have installed the supplement Stock Location System)
• User

Please Note! In order to generate orders, the list must be classified by Supplier code.
