Here you can choose whether the system should automatically recalculate the number series for the fixed assets. If you activate the setting List fixed asset number using consecutive number two more fields will appear (Consecutive number and Format) where you define the consecutive number format.

• List fixed asset number using consecutive number.
• Consecutive number - Enter the number that you want to start the consecutive number series with.
• Format - Enter the format for the Consecutive number series.

For example: If you enter 1 in the consecutive number field and A#### in the format field then the consecutive number series will become: A0001, A0002 etc.
