The General Tab
Under the General tab you register and view general information about a project. The fields are presented in three different sections or groups.
In the first section called Project you register general information about the project such as Project type.
The following fields are available in the section called Miscellaneous:
The following fields are available in the section called Mark-up:
In the section called Customer info you register customer related information about the project, for example when a project is a manufacturing project to a customer.
The following fields are available in the section called Customer info:
- Customer Code
- Our Order Number
- Our Reference
- Customer’s Order Number
- Our Reference
- Customer's Reference
- Seller
The following fields are available in the section called Revenue calculation method:
The section Revenue calculation method is only shown if the percentage-of-completion method has been selected for the project type.
The following fields are available in the economic section in the lower part of the window:
At the bottom of the window you will find information about the Last calculation as well who created/modified the Project. It is possible to enter a comment using the Comment button. Under the Modification log button you will see a log over modifications made for the project.
