VAT code and GTU on Parts

In the Update Parts procedure, under the EU info tab, it is possible to enter a VAT-code on the part. When registering quote/order/invoice, the system takes the VAT code from part level if it is entered; otherwise it takes the VAT code from the customer.

GTU on Parts

The parts need to be updated with GTU codes. This can only be seen and updated in the Part List – Sales procedure.

Please note that the GTU codes above can also be adjusted after printout of an invoice. Adjustment after printout of invoice can be made in the Adjust VAT Register procedure.
