Resource Planning without Workshop Info

If you do not use the Workshop Info module, you will still have the Update Employee procedure. Start by registering the employees who shall be service technicians. Fill out the following fields:

• Employee number
• First and last name
• Department
• Group settings - Undefined
• Recording type - Attendance + work
• Schedule - No schedule

The following settings determine the service technicians' general schedule: General schedule start for service technicians, General schedule end for service technicians, General break start for service technicians and General break end for service technicians. You can only register one schedule. It is optional to enter breaks is the settings. If you want to use several schedules you must have the Workshop Info module. The company calendar in the Production Calendars procedure is used to find holidays.
