Webshop – Administration

The Monitor Webshop is delivered as a template. This means the site has a fixed layout, with contents and design elements that you can choose to add. You can also use customer-specific CSS files or CSS files per user group. The layout will automatically adjust to the visitor's screen size, regardless of whether the visitor is using a smartphone, tablet, or computer.

Here you will find a description of the settings that can be configured in the Administration panel. Start by opening your web browser and entering the address to your website. Then log in as Administrator. The user name and password will be sent to you by Monitor ERP System AB.

The Webshop consists of basic components as well as a number of supplements such as Quotes, Seller, and PunchOut.

Please remember you can always contact the Monitor Support Center in order to book training if required.

The version number is shown in the bottom right hand corner. There is also a link to the webshop changelog here. You can check the changelog to see if a newer version of the webshop is available.

Corrections of small bugs – known as patches – can be made without changing the version number, and without generating a changelog entry.

Logging in

When installing the Monitor Webshop, you will be assigned a user name and a password. Use this information in order to log in as Administrator.

Bear in mind

You cannot change headings and phrases relating to the Administration panel itself. Use your own CSS files in order to modify the appearance.
