You must choose this method if you use Exchange Online (part of Microsoft 365), in order for e-mail from the webshop to work. In the Users procedure in Monitor G5 you must firstly configure the user for the webshop as follows: E-mail method should be Server based, via Microsoft Exchange Online. This is the user to which the Webshop authenticates. The user has an API license. Read more in the online help for Monitor G5 Activate OAuth 2.0 with Azure Active Directory. Please note! In order for new installations of the webshop’s API user to work, a new session must be started. This is done by starting the Logged in users procedure and deleting the session the webshop is using. The webshop itself creates a new connection when it is logged out, and the new e-mail settings can then be used.
