Password

Specific password requirements make it more difficult for people or other computers to work out and use someone else’s password. Here you can specify the minimum number of characters, upper-case letters, lower-case letters, special characters, and digits that must be included in the password. The standard requirement is that a password must be entered.

To create password requirements:

  1. Check the Use specific password requirements box.
  2. Min. number of characters in password – here you can enter the minimum number of characters in the password.
  3. Min. number of lower-case letters in password – here you can enter the minimum number of lower-case letters in the password.
  4. Min. number of special characters in password – here you can enter the minimum number of special characters in the password.
  5. Min. number of upper-case letters in password – here you can enter the minimum number of upper-case letters in the password.
  6. Min. number of digits in password – here you can enter the minimum number of digits in the password.
  7. Check the Allow using Forgot password box if customers should have access to the Forgotten password function.
  8. Save.
