Settings for BI

In this procedure you can configure general settings regarding data mining to the BI functions in the system. For example, which data should be extracted and how often.

The settings in this procedures apply to the entire system and not only to the company you are working in. Regardless of which company you are working in, you find the same settings. The settings are saved in a system database.

Under the Scheduling tab you create one or several scheduled data mining and configure settings to each data mining.

If you have used or are still using the preceding generation of MONITOR in one or several companies, you can also create data mining from these company databases. This is made under the External companies tab.

Under the Currency tab you can enter the company currency for each respective company in the system including any external companies. For each company you enter the exchange rate that applies from different dates in relation to the company currency in the main company.
