Lead time chart
The lead time chart displays the order structure graphically in a "Gantt chart" with orders, parts, and operations as horizontal bars along a time axis. You can change the scale on the time axis.
For orders of the type Customer order oriented a green point is displayed for the delivery date of the customer order row.
The bar for the manufacturing order is displayed in green, bars for parts are displayed in blue, and bars for operations are displayed in purple. A percentage shown on a bar and a darker color, shows the share that has been final reported. On an operation bar you will also see a symbol for the status of the operation.
If you click on an operation, the red dotted arrow will show which operation is the previous one and which is the following.
Using the navigation buttons
on the rows, you can in a quick and easy way go to a bar which is outside the visual section of the time axis.
Scale
Here you select the scale for the time axis; week, day, or hour. The lead time chart saves the most recently used scale to be used the next time the user opens the procedure.
The Information button
Under the Information button on orders, parts, and operations, you can see information about the planned and actual start and finish time, the planned and reported quantity, and the remaining quantity. For operations, you can also see the planned and reported total time, and report number.
