Packages

In this box, you add one row for each package that should be included in the shipment.

You can enter the following information for a package:

• Quantity – Quantity for the package which the row concerns.
• Package type – Here you can select among the package types registered under the Package type tab in the Basic data – Part procedure.
• Package type code – If this is registered as Code on the package type, this will be loaded by default from the above mentioned procedure. Here there is a validation to make sure the package type code exists for the shipping agent.
• Goods type – Here you can select among the goods types registered under the Goods type tab in the above mentioned procedure.
• Gross weight, Volume, Loading meters, Length, Width, and Height – Here you can enter the space needed for the package (that is, the size of the package).
• Goods label – The goods label field is used when the supplier wants the order to be marked/labeled with a certain text or a reference number. The goods label is shown on delivery documents.
