Update shipment status

In this procedure you can activate a scheduled loading of information from Unifaun.

The purpose is to load complementing information for shipments to MONITOR G5, which earlier was exported to Unifaun Online/Pacsoft Online from the Register shipment procedure with the setting Complement/Print in Unifaun activated.

The exported shipments should then be complemented and printed via Unifaun's web interface. In Unifaun, these shipments are referred to as "stored printings".

The scheduled loading updates the shipments in MONITOR G5 with for example the shipping agent's shipment number, shipping agent's package number, and gets the status updated from 4 (Exported) to 5 (Booked/Printed).

In the procedure you can also load a list of shipments to check that they have had the above mentioned information complemented and that they have been printed. You can also perform goods searches for these shipments in that list.
