Register stock order – Sales
This procedure is part of the option Warehouse. Here you can create stock orders for sales (customer order). In connection with this, a corresponding stock order for purchase (purchase order) is also created which is linked to this stock order. Stock orders for sales can be also be created in the Register stock order – Purchase procedure in the corresponding way.
Here you can also change or delete existing stock orders for sales. If you delete a stock order, it means that the linked stock order for purchase will be deleted as well. Any linked (normal) purchase orders or manufacturing orders will not be deleted.
If you add/delete or change a stock order row, then the corresponding will also be made on the linked stock order for purchase. If there is no linked (normal) purchase order or manufacturing order to the row, you can change it as long as it has not been delivered or printed in a pick list.
At the very bottom of the window you can see information about who created and/or most recently modified the information for the current record and at what time. Using the button you will access a log containing all modifications.
At the bottom of the window you will see the date and time of the last printout from the procedure. By clicking the button you access a printout log where you can see all printout dates, the users who printed it, and what was printed. You can also review the printed documents by using a button in the printout log. This can be useful in order to see how the printouts looked at the time they were printed.
