This list shows detailed information about standard price changes for the selected parts.

Log date

Here you see the date when the price change was made.

Time

Here you see the time when the price change was made.

Old price

Here you see the price before the change was made.

New price

Here you see the price after the change was made.

Price difference

Here you see the difference between the old and new price.

Price alternative

Here you see the current price alternative.

Balance

Here you see the stock balance at the time of the price change.

Value

The value is calculated according to the following: (New price - Old price) × Balance.

WIP balance

Here you see the WIPClosedWIP is short for "Work in Progress". WIP signifies the value of all the parts, including the added work and material, that are tied up in the manufacturing. balance. This is only displayed if you have activated the setting Log WIP balance during standard price change. WIP balance refers to how many parts that have been reported as material withdrawal for manufacturing orders in progress in connection with the price change. This forms the basis for the adjustment of WIP value in the accounting when the option Management accounting is used.

Transfer to stock WIP

Here you see the transfer to stock from WIP. This is only displayed if you have activated the setting Log WIP balance during standard price change. Transfer to stock WIP refers to how many parts that have been reported as finished for manufacturing orders in progress in connection with the price change. This forms the basis for the adjustment of WIP value in the accounting when the option Management accounting is used.

WIP value

The WIP value is calculated according to the following: (New price - Old price) × (WIP value - Transfer to stock WIP).

Order number

Here you see the manufacturing order to which the WIP balance or Transfer to stock WIP refers.

User

Here you see the user who has changed the price.

Type of change

Here you see how the price change was made. That is, if it was manually changed or if it was changed by a pre-calculation.
