Find using traceability

In this procedure you can see the traceable material which the serial numbers/batches consist of (the Consists of box). You can also see in what the serial number/batch has been used (the Included in box). All selections you make is done to choose the serial number or batch to start from. Based on the serial number/batch you start from, all included serial numbers/batches and used such, will be displayed.

The Result tab is identical to the Traceability tab in the Serial number/Batch procedure.

If there is a link between the serial number/batch of the material and the manufactured part's serial number, the search is narrowed down so you will only see hits for the serial numbers/batches which are linked to the specific serial number.

Reporting items made after the procedure was started will not be shown.

In a list procedure there is always a tab called Selection where you can select data records in different intervals from the database. The data records are then loaded by using the Load button in the toolbar of the procedure.

Under Selection rows in the backstage of the procedure, you can choose which selection rows that each list type should have, under the Selection tab in the procedure. In the List type field you select for which list type you want to customize the selection rows.

One table shows selection rows possible to select and one one table shows the selected selection rows. You can add, delete, or move selection rows by dragging and dropping the selection rows with your mouse pointer.

Using the Save button you save the selected selection rows.
