Default values

Under Default values in the backstage of the procedure you can create, modify, and delete default values for settings and selections which you have configured under the Selection tab in the list procedure in question. You can register multiple default values. A default value has to have a name. You can also configure the roles, user rights groups, or users for which the default value should be available.

If there are one or more default values saved in a procedure, and they are available for a user, then they can be loaded using the button Load default values in the toolbar. You can configure which one of the default values should be loaded by default.
