License model

Depending on what is needed, there are three different types of licenses in Monitor Portal.

A business party license is either a sales portal license or a supplier portal license. There is also a full license, which gives the business party more permissions and rights.

Business parties

In Monitor Portal, a business party is linked to a specific supplier or customer in Monitor ERP and will need either a sales portal license or a supplier portal license.

There is no cap on the number of users that each business party can add. Users that are linked to a business party do not need separate licenses.

Sales portal license

A sales portal license is linked to a specific customer. Portal users who have permission to create orders and quotes can only do it for the customer to which their business party is linked. The license does not give access to the standard Monitor ERP.

Users of this type are only given access to the procedures which are used for all modules or specific to the sales module.

Supplier portal license

A supplier portal license is linked to a specific supplier. Users of this type who have permissions to view orders and forecasts will only have access to the purchase orders and forecasts to which their business party is linked. The license does not give access to the standard Monitor ERP.

Users of this type are only given access to the procedures which are used for all modules or specific to the purchase module.

Full license users

A user with a full Monitor ERP application user license can log in to Monitor Portal. This license type is primarily recommended for subsidiaries, since it provides broader permissions and rights. Please contact sales@monitor.se if you want to know more about this license type.
