Here is a printout sample of an invoice. At the top of the invoice’s order header, you can see the order info and references. If it concerns construction VAT you will also find VAT information in the header. In the middle of the invoice header you can see the delivery and invoice address. In the lower portion of the header you can see the delivery terms and payment terms, delivery method and goods labeling. If there is a delivery note number for this order, it will be shown here.
After that the order rows appear, showing the Part number, Name, Quantity, Price each and Amount. The total is shown excluding VAT, with separate VAT and as a total.
At the bottom of the page footer in the invoice you can see the company and payment information. Please note that it is possible to enter a bank account number per currency. This means that different bank account numbers may be printed on the invoice depending on the currency.
