However, you can also open the message by clicking on the speech bubble.The heading row at the top is where you enter or select an order number. Once you have selected a customer order, information regarding customer name and customer code will be displayed.
When you enter the customer order number you will see all order rows under the Rows tab, as well as a window where you can choose to delivery the entire order.
