This column is only visible when you load several rows (packages) with the same order number and part number without saving each row in between.
These rows will then form a group, and the quantity/package and label type values will apply to all rows in the group (these fields appear in italics). If you make any changes in these fields, the corresponding values will change for all rows included in the group. On the transport label, the total delivered quantity for the group will be displayed as delivered quantity. Scanning/loading per order is not necessary, as a new group is automatically created if a group already exists from a previous scanning that has not been saved.
