Classification/Selection

In the upper portion of the Create tab you can classify and select the list using different alternatives to create a range of purchase orders that require receiving inspection. The following classification and selection alternatives exist (classification alternatives are marked with an asterisk *):

• Order Number *
• Part Number *
• Name
• Part Code
• Part Category **
• Supplier Code *
• Receiving Date *
• Delivery Note Number

** If you use the Category Management, you can select by using underline characters for the positions that are not relevant at the time.
