The user which you select cannot be logged on to MONITOR at the time when the automatic run of the procedure is to start. You can read more about this under Scheduling AutoRuns.The following applies in multi-user systems:
If you have administrative rights in MONITOR, you can first select a user in the upper left corner in My windows / AutoStart. You should then select a user that has permission to run the Run Netting procedure, or you should select the user ADMIN.

Adding Run Netting in AutoStart
You add the Run Netting procedure in AutoStart, under Settings | My windows… on the Window menu. There you should select the Run Netting procedure in the left portion of the window and drag it to the right portion using you mouse pointer. Then select AutoStart under Type, as shown in the image below.
