Removing a Data Source

If you want to remove a data source that you have created in MONITOR ODBC Data Sources, you must go to the Edit menu and select the alternative Remove Company, or use the button with a red X. The program keeps track of which data sources that have been created from here.

If the data source is instead deleted from the ODBC Administrator in the Windows Control Panel it will still exist here, but under Status it will say that it is not possible to connect to the company. In this situation you can choose either to delete the data source from the list using the Remove company or recreate it with the alternative Update ODBC data source or the button with the same name, in case it for example was removed by mistake in the ODBC Administrator.

Select the data source that you want to remove and select Remove company on the Edit menu.
