In order to have the program estimate the annual volume on the selected part range, you check the alternative Estimate annual volume. You can also choose to only calculate the loading, by first checking the Calculate loading box and then unchecking the Estimate annual volume box. You can also calculate both options at the same time.
Settings for Estimate Annual Volume.
Price Alternatives
Select by which Price alternative P-parts and S-parts should be valued at. The default option is Standard Price. This is used to calculate a total annual value per part.
Reset Annual Volume for ALL Parts Before Saving New
Decide whether the annual volume should be reset for all parts before saving the new estimate.
AutoSave After Estimate
Select this option if you want the system to save the new annual volume automatically after calculation.
Round-off Annual Volume Value
You can round-off the annual volume value. You must then enter the decimals you want to round-off by. If you enter no decimals (0), the system will round-off the price to the nearest whole number. For example, if the annual volume unit is kilo, the system will round-off 1 decimal to 0,1 kilos, 2 decimals to 0,01 kilos. You can also enter negative decimals to round-off to the nearest 10 or higher. For example, -1 will round-off to 10 kilos, -2 will round-off to 100 kg, etc.
