When you open the procedure, the Create tab first appears In the upper portion of the tab you classify and select the parts that you want to use.
Under Calculation Settings you enter values used in the calculation. You can also select parts using Lot sizing rules and Part types. You can also select the alternative Save to.
When calculating EOQ for the selected range of parts, you can under Options select if the system should list the values or perform the calculation directly. You can also select whether the values should be saved automatically.
Under Check fixed quantity you can choose whether to perform an Adequacy check of parts with the lot sizing rule "Fixed quantity" or not. Under Alternatives you will find additional alternatives for the calculation.
After the calculation, the calculation result is presented in a list. Under Printout samples you will find printout samples and explanations of the values.
