Printout Samples

Here you will see samples and explanations of the lists in the Deducting Sales Forecast procedure.

ClosedList

In the list type List you can see and update the columns Initial forecast and Net forecast in existing sales forecasts for each period. Save the changes using Save.

If an existing sales forecast shall be modified, you update the quantity in the column Initial forecast. If an existing sales forecast shall be reset manually for a particular period, you enter zero (0) as quantity in both columns for that period. Read more about this in the section Work Flow.

ClosedDeduction

In the list type Deduction you will see the actual deduction which is executed using Save. The period interval and deduction are made according to the selections made under Alternatives under the Create tab.
