Check Loading

(Default). Loading performs an available capacity check on the affected work centers in the loading plan. When you have selected this alternative, the following alternatives will be available:

Only Bottlenecks

(Default) This alternative will only include the work centers that are configured as bottlenecks. The Bottleneck definition means that the work center has got a well-defined capacity that you can trust in this type of calculation.

Suggestions

This alternative calculates with existing manufacturing order suggestions. You may include this alternative if, for example, you have performed requirements planning for the delivery schedules and the loading from these suggestions should be given priority over the simulation.

E-factor

This alternative calculates with the efficiency factor for the existing loading of the affected work centers.

Lag

(Default) This alternative includes the lag in the loading plan. The lag is added to other loading - not lag - and the start date for search for available capacity is postponed.

Round-off

(Default) This alternative includes the round-off of any overload. This will give you the same effect as the lag does, the overload will be included and calculated within another loading.
In the loading plan you can compare the row Accum. diff incl. lag with available capacity in this calculation, provided that you have selected both the Lag and Round-off alternatives. The search for available capacity starts where a positive difference occurs.
