The Create tab opens when you open this procedure. In the upper portion you select activities to report for the logged-on user, using the available alternatives.
Under Basic types you can choose which basic nonconformity types you want to include in the lists. All types are selected by default.
Under Show... you can select the alternative Only if previous activity is Finished.
