The Responsible field is where you select the person who is responsible for reporting this activity. By default, this field shows the user selected for this activity for this nonconformity type in the Register Basic Data procedure. The Responsible person can only report his / her own activities in the Activity Reporting procedure. You select the Responsible person from the list of registered users in the system.
