Using Part Selection when Registering Orders

Selection is a temporary table (a type of "Clipboard") which you use to copy a selection/range of parts to be pasted in the following procedures to simplify the order management:

* In the Receiving Inspection Reporting procedure the alternative "Insert from part selection" is not available.

** In these procedures you can only use the alternative "Insert from part selection" on the last row.

Please note that the quantity will be one (1) on order rows when it comes to sales. This means that you might have to enter the requested quantity on the order row. The management of linked rows with setup price, additional name, etc. is the same as during manual order registration. The prices are also loaded in the same way as during manual registration.

When it comes to purchase, you will find the setting Default value in the quantity field on order rows, under Orders / Inquiries under the Purchase tab in the Settings procedure. This setting determines which quantity that will be shown on the row.
