Using the Phrases function (shortcut key Ctrl+F2), you can stand in any field in any procedure and load a saved phrase from the phrase register into the field you are currently in. This feature is designed to speed up the frequent and reoccurring input of the same text. The text phrases must first be registered in the Phrases procedure in the Global Settings module. By selecting a phrase in that window and clicking OK, the phrase will be copied and pasted into the field in question.
