This button lets you delete existing links for text phrases and file links for a record, and empty the text field. If there are files linked to this record, a control question will appear indicating that these will also be removed. Confirm that you want to unlink all links by clicking Yes. The text number is then reset to 0 for a new text phrase to be entered. To save the unlinking/deletion you must click OK in the Comment window.
