Many text phrases can be used as standard phrases that are often used in different situations. In such cases it can be very useful to save these text phrases as text templates. In order to save a text phrase as a template, click on the Save template... button. In the window that appears, you select the next available number and click OK. Templates are marked with an asterisk (*).
