Machine Integration
The Machine Integration is a supplement intended for companies that want to integrate their machines directly into MONITOR.
If you have a high level of automation in your production, the Machine Integration can be used to follow up stop times and machine usage. The purpose of the Machine Integration is to fulfill the greatest needs of machine integration and follow-ups in MONITOR. This is also a cheaper and a more basic alternative to the large and expensive systems.
The Machine Integration consists of:
- A machine reporting server that manages data collection, presentation and process data saving in a separate database.
- PLCs linked to each machine that are monitored and which transfer data via I/O signals from the machine to the machine reporting server.
- Specific machine terminals at each machine or machine group used to report stops and causes for stops as well as to perform work recording.
- A synchronization service which accumulates process data and transfers information to and from MONITOR.
- A web server which provides information screens in the workshop with information such as OEE scores and/or operating status of the machines.
- A number of procedures in MONITOR used for follow-ups and analyses of the collected process data.
