With the Time Calculation you do not have to guess or estimate unit times for different operations in the manufacturing. The Time Calculation contains functions used to calculate both setup and unit times for different operations. This can later be used as a basis for calculations, loading plans, or as a salary basis for bonus calculation purposes.
The Time Calculation is created in such a way that it can manage both individual piece manufacturing, small series production and large series production.
You can complement the Time Calculation with about 40 different processing types (calculation bases) for different operations such as Drilling, Milling, Turning, Cutting, Clipping, Flame cutting, Punching, Welding, etc. You can decide which processing types that you want to buy for the Time Calculation.
The Time Calculation can be used both as a separate procedure and as integrated with the Preparation procedure in MONITOR.
