This tab allows you to import a chart of accounts from another company and/or from another accounting year.
In this tab you should first select the company from which you will import the information by using the Select company... button. A connection will then be established with that company database. Then you can select from which accounting year you wish to copy by using the Select accounting year... button.
When you have made the connection to company and accounting year, you can select which registers that should be included and make a selection of accounts from the respective registers. Apart from the chart of accounts, you can also import cost centers, cost units, projects and SRU codes.
You can also choose whether or not old accounts should be purged before the import takes place. During the import you can see a status of what is being imported.
