The window in the procedure consists of a table in which each user that has been registered in the system is represented by a row in the table.
Each user should be the same as the logon name in Windows or the network. In the row for each user you can then enter a name, a type, integrated login, password, user rights (UR), warehouse, language and account profile.
In the lower portion of the window, you can define different default printers for each user that will apply to the different types of printouts in MONITOR.
In the bottom section of the window you can, for each user, enter a default telephone number and an e-mail address, possibility to send SMS, default reference, e-mail sending method, software for creating PDF files, settings for number series, reminders in the system, settings for EIM and purchase limit.
