The window in the User Rights procedure consists of a graphic structure of the menus in MONITOR. When you open the procedure, the window is empty. If you open a group, or if you select a new group, the user right register containing the menu structure and table will be loaded.
In the left part of the window you will see the Menu structure and to the right you will see a table with the columns Menu item / heading and User rights.
