The & symbol means that the character immediately following the sign is underlined in the menu, and can be used to open the item using a shortcut command. In MONITOR the following key combinations will apply: Ctrl+Alt+<sign> or Alt Gr+<sign>. For example you can access the menu heading P&arts in the Procedure menu by using Ctrl+Alt+a. (These shortcut commands can be used when no procedures are running).
