Here you select one of the Windows printers that are installed in Windows. In the drop-down list you will see the name that the driver has in Windows. A Windows printer can be local or network based. However, a local printer can only be used on the computer it has been installed on/connected to, unless it is "shared" in the network.
Here you can also manually enter a driver name for other local printers or a UNC file path/resouce name to printers on other computers/print servers, eventhough they are not installed in Windows on the computer in question. For example, if a printer is installed on the computer called "CHARLIE" and then shared on the computer as "CHARLIE-PRINTER", then you enter the UNC file path here as "\\CHARLIE\CHARLIE-PRINTER" in order for other users to gain access to the printer. This is for example applied for simple Zebra printers that are connected via a USB port on a computer, when it should be possible to print to this printer from other computers in the network.
If a common network printer is installed for all computers you can then in the Users procedure connect that printer to all users from one and the same computer.
