This is where you enter the exchange rate in relation to your company currency. In the first column, you enter what the company currency's rate is in relation to the new currency. In the second column you enter the new currency as 1 or 100. For example, if your company currency is SEK, then the exchange rate for US dollars can be entered as 7.70 SEK for 1.00 USD. Alternately, you may enter it as 770.00 SEK for 100.00 USD. By default, the company currency's exchange rate is entered in relation to 1.00 of the new currency.
